The machine is designed for undercutting roots of fruit trees. Such treatment allows limiting the trees growth and has a beneficial effect on the yield. It is especially recommended in orchards with strong vegetative growth. The procedure is best done in early spring (possibly late autumn) and repeated every year. Distance from trunks depends on the age and strength of trees, on average it is 40- 60 cm. Double sided root cutter saves time with less number of passes required. Symmetric load on the tractor makes driving easier and more precise.
